Main deliverables
• Lead all “Our Employees” activities and drive people strategies for the Brewery to meet the Molson World Class Manufacturing targets.
• Lead all merger related people activities, including integrating and creating a new optimal culture and supporting global and Canadian HR initiatives.
• Develop a Business/working relationship with the Brewery Unions, ensuring open communications and the development of a common agenda for change.
• Manage the day to day IR issues
• Leads the people change management activities within the Brewery ensuring the successful implementation of new HR practices, policies and technology.
• Implements processes and procedures to ensure appropriate workforce planning and Leadership development activities are in place including: Succession planning, skills analysis, and people assessment skills.
• Serve as active member of the Brewery Management Team. Play role of employee advocate to ensure appropriate consideration is given to employee issues within the business enabling maximum business results.
• Provides coaching and support to the Managers to ensure that all people issues are handled in a fair and consistent manner.
• Coordination of the talent assessment and succession planning process for the Brewery ensuring for each key leadership role as well as providing coaching to enhance the development of leaders.
• Coordinates the organization effectiveness initiatives within the brewery to ensure clarity of role, appropriate spans of control and equitable levels of compensation.
