Do you have a background in hospitality, front-of-the-house service, and cooking? If so, this is the opportunity for you!
As an enthusiastic, customer-service focused leader, alongside the General Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of the food service department, including meal preparation and the hiring and supervision of dietary staff.
You bring experience as a manager, ideally in a residential setting, and formal training in food handling and presentation, budget control, inventory and ordering processes, and menu planning. The successful candidate will ensure the kitchen is maintained to public health guidelines and has successfully completed a Food Handler Certification Course. A post-secondary degree or diploma in a related program from a recognized institution or a red seal designation is required. Experience with seniors is an asset. |
