Reporting to the Manager, Business Analysis, this position is responsible for providing set up and analysis of company rent & royalties. Additionally, this role will participate in our TimCard month end accounting processes.
Qualifications:
- Active enrollment in a professional accounting designation program CGA/CMA is required
- Minimum 3-5 years progressive analysis experience in a computerized and fast paced organization
- Experience in an analytical/reporting environment required.
- Strong PC skills (i.e. Excel, Word and Windows)
- Experience working with an ERP system (SAP)
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Good planning, organization and problem solving skills
- Ability to interact effectively with other departments.
- Ability to work independently
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the set up of Customer Master including Franchisee billing
- Prepares agreement invoicing related schedules including co-branded stores
- Responsible for monthly, quarterly and annual procedures relating to TimCard activities including journal entries, accruals and vendor payments
- Co-ordinates monthly, quarterly and annual store counts with the Rent & Royalty Financial Analyst
- Analyzes balance sheet accounts and income accounts that relate to TimCard activations, redemptions and reloads.
- Assists in the preparations and implementation of an ERP system as it pertains to TimCard billing to franchisees.
- Assists in additional projects that may arise.
