Reporting to the Regional Director of Operations, this position provides management support, gives ongoing direction and acts as a resource and liaison between the Company and the Store Owners.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3-5 years multi-unit supervision in the food service industry.
- High level of initiative.
- Strong problem solving skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Highly organized, able to handle large volumes of work and prioritize accordingly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manages a territory of stores with single and multiple Store Owners.
- Manages store openings, developing short and long term goals and implementing strategies to meet them.
- Implements, monitors and evaluates a variety of programs designed and developed for Store Owners.
- Evaluates and monitors individual store performance and recommends direction for the company to proceed in regards to new and existing stores.
- Prepares, recommends and monitors district sales budgets for existing and projected stores.
- Supervises Store Owners, their staff and operations representatives during store openings, directing the training and development of staff and co-ordinating input for performance appraisals.
- Liaises with other departments, ensuring communication and the resolution of problems.
- Conducts store visits to determine the level of quality, quantity, service and cleanliness provided by the Store Owners and to verify store revenues.
- Responds to and investigates verbal and written enquiries and complaints.
- Conducts and co-ordinates store take-overs.
- Communicates direction from Head Office to the Store Owners and reviews feedback.
- Counsels Store Owners on a variety of topics such as staff training, improving product, implementing new product rollout and administering the financial and inventory aspects of the business.
