Responsibilities:
• Installation, service, and ongoing maintenance of office product equipment usually within the specified area in a timely and cost effective manner
• Achieves expected productivity levels associated with assigned workload and level of experience
• Provide excellent on-site service calls by promoting and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction with Toshiba service and products
• Hours of work will be 8:00am – 4:30pm, Monday to Friday
Qualifications:
• 2-3 years experience with repairing and maintaining different ranges of office products
• Demonstrates technical trouble-shooting abilities
• Proficient technical skills and aptitude, including electro-mechanical
• Strong customer service skills (verbal and written) and the ability to follow up to ensure closure of all issues
• Must be a team player
• Knowledge of digital copiers and fax machines
• PC Application proficiency and or Networking fundamentals
• Possess a valid driver’s license and own a car
