Our Calgary office is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant. If you excel in a challenging, dynamic environment, this is an excellent opportunity to showcase your talents.

Responsibilities include: Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, managing correspondence, writing letters, updating reports, preparing monthly billings, typing and verifying financial statements, plus other administrative duties as needed.  

 

This is a demanding, and challenging role. You must thrive in a fast-paced environment and be able to handle stress. Candidates must be flexible in their work schedule, hard working, and proficient in MS Office.

 

As an organized team player, you should posses the following requirements:

Above-average user of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint within an XP environment. Experience with Caseview an asset.

Prior Administrative Assistant experience - required!  This role requires excellent communication skills both verbal and written. The ability to solve problems in an efficient manner; with the aptitude to prioritize and multi-task.

Salary range $38,000 - $44,000 - Annually
