We are currently recruiting a Store Manager for our West 49 Store in
Georgian Mall
Barrie ON
POSITION
The Store Manager facilitates all training and leads the selling culture.
OWNERSHIP
- Motivate, drive & lead the team
- Control and administer daily sales
- Meet all legal and regulated obligations & policies by the Company and by law
- Ensure appropriate levels of staffing
- Maintain proper processing standards and visual/merchandising directives
- Ensure asset protection standards are met
BEHAVIOURS AND SKILLS REQUIRED
- Proven leadership experience
- High school or post secondary education in business management an asset
- 2 years retail management experience in the fashion or restaurant sector
- Admirable communication skills
