We are currently recruiting a F/T Key Holder for our Off the Wall store in
Richmond, BC
Position:
As a Key holder, you are a member of the store’s management team. You will work closely with the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to effectively and efficiently create a fun and highly productive retail business environment.
Ownership:
- Assist Management with developing and supervising store personnel
- Mentor employees on maximizing sales and be a leader in achieving and beating sales plan
- Support the Management team with ensuring all company policies and procedures are followed
Qualifications:
- Previous retail experience is a MUST
- Displays a passion for the fashion industry
- Customer service focused
