We are currently recruiting a FT Key Holder for our West 49 Store in
West Edmonton Mall
Position
As a Key holder, you are a member of the store’s management team. You will work closely with the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to effectively and efficiently create a fun and highly productive retail business environment.
Ownership
- Assist Management with developing and monitoring store personnel
- Mentor employees on maximizing sales and be a leader in achieving and beating sales plan
- Support the Management team with ensuring all company policies and procedures are being followed
Behaviours & Skills Required
- Previous retail experience is a MUST.
- Displays a passion for the board sport / fashion industry.
