We are currently recruiting a Store Manager, Assistant Manager and Key Holders for our
BRAND NEW West 49 OUTLET STORE IN
Ajax, Ontario

Management Team Expectations:
* Motivate, drive & lead the team
* Control and administer daily sales
* Meet all legal and regulated obligations & policies by the Company and by law
* Ensure appropriate levels of staffing
* Maintain proper processing standards and visual/merchandising directives
* Ensure asset protection standards are met
YOUR Qualifications:
* 2+ years retail management experience in Fashion or Hospitality setting
* High school or post secondary education in business management an asset
* Exceptional Customer Service skills
* Admirable communication skills
* Passion for retail
