We are currently recruiting a Store Manager for our Off the Wall Store in
Limeridge Mall
Hamilton Ontario
Position:
The Store Manager facilitates all training and leads the selling culture.
Ownership:
* Motivate, drive & lead the team
* Control and administer daily sales
* Meet all legal and regulated obligations & policies by the Company and by law
* Ensure appropriate levels of staffing
* Maintain proper processing standards and visual/merchandising directives
* Ensure asset protection standards are met
Qualifications:
* Proven leadership experience
* High school or post secondary education in business management an asset
* 2 years retail management experience in the fashion or restaurant sector
* Admirable communication skills
* Passion for retail
