This role is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated, enthusiastic, and dependable person with excellent customer service skills. The Sales Coordinator participates in sales and marketing activities for the promotion, sales, and rental of our retirement community to seniors.
Duties include participation in the preparation and maintenance of a budget and marketing plan, maintaining an active database and active external and internal communication processes, distributing marketing material, conducting tours, maintaining the community’s appearance, participating in community events, and providing day-to-day support to front line staff.
Excellent communication skills and a minimum two (2) years of experience with a supporting track record in sales/marketing achievement are required. Previous seniors housing industry experience is an asset.
