This hands-on position is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated, enthusiastic, and dependable person with excellent customer service skills. Our Sales Manager’s primary focus of attention is to create and execute a sales plan that maintains the community at an optimum resident occupancy. This team player will develop and foster partnerships within the community and create and participate in activities that promote and market our seniors’ retirement community. Other duties include participation in the preparation and maintenance of a marketing plan and budget, maintaining an active database and active external and internal communication processes, distributing marketing material, and conducting facility tours. Excellent communication skills and a minimum two (2) years of experience with a supporting track record in sales/marketing achievement are required. Previous seniors housing industry experience is an asset. |
