Make our residents’ dining experience special at Chartwell Classic Rideau Place on-the-River in Ottawa, Ontario. As an enthusiastic leader, alongside the General Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of the food service department, including meal preparation and the hiring and supervision of dietary staff. You bring experience as a manager, ideally in a residential setting, and formal training in food handling, budget control, inventory and ordering processes, menu planning, and therapeutic diets. The successful candidate will ensure the kitchen is maintained to public health guidelines and will possess a Food Handling Certificate. Experience with seniors is an asset. |
