This role is an exceptional opportunity for an energetic, enthusiastic RPN! You are a self-motivated individual who possesses effective communication, problem solving, and interpersonal skills. As a co-operative team player, you will assume responsibility for the provision of quality care for residents in the absence of the Resident Services Manager, delegate appropriate activities, and provide effective supervision to the personal care staff. The successful candidate is licensed with the College of Nurses of Ontario, possesses current first aid and CPR certification, and will be required to work various shifts. Experience in providing quality geriatric care to seniors is an asset. |
