Cancellation/Refund Policy

All amounts payable by Customer for the Services (“Fees”) are due upon receipt or within thirty (30) days if you meet the credit

terms. MyCareerFair.ca (MCF) may, at its option, charge Customer interest of 2% per month and collection charges on any Fees not

paid when due. Customer will be responsible for the payment of any present or future sales, use, excise or other similar tax (excluding taxes based on MCF’s net income) applicable to the Services. Fees paid for Services are non-refundable. Pricing after the expiration or termination of the Term of this Agreement shall be at the then-prevailing rates applicable thereto.

All payments must be made to MyCareerFair.ca thirty (30) days after receiving the invoice for purchased services if you are accepted. All first orders must be paid by Credit Card. If these terms are not met, suspension of account including career fairs and job postings will take effect. Only upon communicating with mycareerfair.ca will changes be made. All charges made for services requested are non refundable. Upon request of termination of services (career fair and/or job postings) all items will be removed associated with said account, but under no circumstances will a refund be processed.
