How should I schedule the Date and Time of the event?

Since online career fairs allow you to target a wide geographical range and access an entirely new applicant pool outside of regular business hours, we recommend a two-day event using different time periods (especially if searching nationwide).

The chat feature of your career fair is available for 60 minutes after the event closes.
