What is an e-interview?

Should you decide to attend an online career fair, you must attach your resume to your Applicant Profile. We strongly encourage that you apply for the job(s) through the job posting on MyCareerFair.ca before the event opens.
 
The purpose of an online career fair is to pre-screen applicants in order to qualify them for an e-interview.

Normally, initial screening interviews and skills testing (either electronically or face-to-face) take no more than 30 minutes. The online interview process will vary from employer to employer.
